💼 About This Role

You'll assist the EMEA team in driving sales of NGS reagents and molecular biology enzymes across a broad portfolio. You'll prospect new customers and support pre- and post-conference efforts for brand awareness. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced genomics company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with Regional Business Managers to drive sales across EMEA
• Prospect and qualify new customers via email, LinkedIn, and cold-calling
• Support pre- and post-conference efforts for brand awareness and lead generation
• Maintain customer notes in CRM and support distributor relationships

📋 Requirements

• BS in genetics, molecular biology, biochemistry or related discipline
• 1-2 years in a customer-facing role, ideally in a scientific field
• Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office, and CRM systems
• Eligible to work in South Africa

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous sales experience
• Knowledge of Next Generation Sequencing technology
