You'll lead complex enterprise-level SaaS implementations, translating business requirements into technical solutions while managing project scope, timelines, and risks. You'll act as a strategic advisor to clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IS or related field
• PMP, PgMP, CSM or equivalent certification
• 3-5 years technical project management or implementation delivery in SaaS
• Proven experience leading enterprise or global client implementations
• Strong knowledge of API integrations, SSO (SAML/OAuth), Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations for enterprise customers
• Serve as technical subject matter expert for SSO, APIs, integrations, data flows, analytics
• Own project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent implementations
• Partner with Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA, and IT on integrated solutions
• Identify and implement process improvements; mentor junior team members
