You'll support licensed colorists and shift leads to deliver seamless guest experiences while learning services for promotion to colorist in 3-9 months. You'll master color theory and behind-the-chair application skills in a fast-paced salon environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in finishing services, shampooing, conditioning, and styling
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and KPIs
• Ensure salon cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory
• Complete training to master color theory and application skills

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application
• Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems
