You'll manage a handful of enterprise accounts and act as their stakeholder within Sardine, helping maximize the value of fraud prevention and AML compliance products. Your core impact is driving account growth and ensuring successful implementation and go-live. This role stands out as a remote-first position within a fast-growing company backed by top investors.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as primary contact for large-scale enterprise accounts.
- Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within major accounts.
- Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle with internal stakeholders.
- Provide technical and fraud advisory to clients.
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS (Fintech/Fraud focus)
- Trilingual fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish
- Background in fraud, payments, crypto, or compliance
- Expert analytical skills using BigQuery, Metabase, or Sigma
