You'll manage the full customer lifecycle for a stablecoin payments platform, driving adoption, renewals, and expansion. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding and integration. This role offers massive impact at a hypergrowth fintech backed by top investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own customer lifecycle post-sales through onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion
  • Drive revenue via upsell, cross-sell, and end-to-end renewal negotiations
  • Analyze product performance and onboarding metrics for improvement
  • Collaborate with product managers to define onboarding requirements and user stories

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field
  • 2-6+ years experience in customer success or similar B2B role
  • Product analytics tools experience
  • Fluent in Mandarin

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial services or credit card industry
  • Familiarity with SQL and other data query tools
  • Knowledge of customer onboarding best practices in tech
