You will design systems to proactively identify vulnerabilities, simulate real-world disruptions, and develop automated frameworks for resilience testing. Collaborating with global engineering teams, you will set standards for software reliability.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years experience in software engineering
• Demonstrable experience with cloud computing
• Proven ability to lead a team providing architectural guidance globally
• Experience with Go, Python, or C++

Responsibilities

• Create automated resilience tests focusing on service boundaries and hybrid environments
• Bolster robustness of AI integrations by implementing failure injection within data pipelines
• Deploy fuzzing and property-based testing to guarantee graceful degradation
• Enhance stability of developer tools and frontend systems against latency and interruptions
• Cultivate a culture of reliability through mentorship and global "Game Day" exercises
