💼 About This Role

You'll oversee operational and administrative functions for our New Hampshire facilities, coordinating maintenance and managing vendors. You'll ensure facility infrastructure reliability and perform safety inspections. This role supports both the Sr. Manager and Maintenance Manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define scope of work and select Facility Service Providers
• Manage preventative maintenance for facility infrastructure
• Maintain contractor database and CMMS system
• Coordinate contractor activities for equipment maintenance

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree in a related field
• Relevant experience in Facilities or Operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of CMMS systems

• Vendor and contractor management experience
• Ability to interpret contracts and service agreements
• Experience creating scopes of work
