💼 About This Role

You'll lead turnkey power generation projects using Mainspring's Linear Generator technology, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver clean, resilient power solutions. You'll own critical path schedule management, drive cost control, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role offers the chance to impact the rapidly growing distributed energy market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as lead field rep coordinating across engineering, logistics, manufacturing, commissioning, and customers.
• Manage permitting and utility interconnection with multiple municipalities and AHJs.
• Own critical path schedule, proactively mitigating technical, procurement, and construction risks.
• Oversee contract administration, bid packaging, subcontractor management, and change order negotiation.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience in distributed energy systems and turnkey EPC delivery.
• Demonstrated ownership of project performance including safety, schedule, scope, cost, and quality.
• Proven expertise navigating AHJ permitting processes and utility interconnection requirements.
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and MS Office/Google Workspace for remote collaboration.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with solar, BESS, fuel cells, or microgrids.
• Strong financial management and change order negotiation skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in remote environments.
