You'll be the trusted expert on Jump's AI assistant for financial advisors, managing the high-velocity help desk via Intercom. Your core impact is delighting customers by quickly resolving issues and educating users on leveraging cutting-edge AI. You'll help build Jump into a category-defining company in finserv.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Jump Help Desk via Intercom chat interface
• Respond quickly and professionally to financial advisors' requests
• Debug and resolve customer issues live over Zoom calls
• Note feature requests and recurring issues for product teams

📋 Requirements

• Top-5% writing and verbal communication skills
• 1-5 years of professional experience in a customer-facing tech role
• College degree required
• Comfortable using technical interfaces and methodical troubleshooting
