You'll be the initial point of contact for building new partnerships in the accounting sector, hunting and qualifying partners to drive sales opportunities. Your core impact is directly accelerating Ramp's growth through strategic partner relationships. This role offers the chance to work in a high-growth startup and collaborate with cross-functional teams like Channel Partner Managers and Direct Sales.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and source new partner opportunities through inbound qualification and direct outreach
  • Engage and qualify prospective partners via emails, calls, social channels, and events
  • Conduct research to understand firmographics and assess potential partner fit
  • Maintain accurate partner relationship data within Salesforce

📋 Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills and professional phone presence
  • High comfort level with sales and prospecting
  • Dedication to tracking performance on a daily basis

✨ Nice to Have

  • Prior experience partnering with accounting firms or financial advisors
  • Prior CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)
  • Experience at a high-growth startup
