💼 About This Role

You'll join a mission-driven team to service and repair pump, power, and HVAC equipment at our Advanced Solutions facility in Hurricane, UT. Your work will directly support contractors and communities by keeping critical rental equipment running. This role offers exposure to industry-leading diagnostic tools and year-round OEM training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution, HVAC, and air compressors
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and on customer locations
• Use technology (laptops, tablets) to create and monitor work orders and diagnose issues
• Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Experience with power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and calculate nominal/effective tonnage and/or kW requirements
• Must own tools applicable to the position

✨ Nice to Have

• EPA 608 certification or ability to obtain within 6-12 months
• Trade school certificate in a related field
• OSHA knowledge
