You'll provide Tier I technical support to a global user base, diagnosing and resolving IT issues. You'll act as the first line of support in a fast-paced service desk environment, ensuring incidents are documented and resolved within SLAs. This role offers exposure to global IT operations and a collaborative team culture.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide Tier I technical support via phone, chat, and tickets
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues or escalate to Tier II
- Log and manage incidents in the ticketing system
- Maintain high service standards and SLAs
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of Tier I technical support or help desk experience
- Fluent Spanish and English bilingual proficiency
- Strong troubleshooting skills for IT systems and applications
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with ITIL incident management
- A+ Certification or equivalent technical certification
