You'll provide Tier I technical support to a global user base, diagnosing and resolving IT issues. You'll act as the first line of support in a fast-paced service desk environment, ensuring incidents are documented and resolved within SLAs. This role offers exposure to global IT operations and a collaborative team culture.

  • Provide Tier I technical support via phone, chat, and tickets
  • Diagnose and resolve IT issues or escalate to Tier II
  • Log and manage incidents in the ticketing system
  • Maintain high service standards and SLAs

  • 2+ years of Tier I technical support or help desk experience
  • Fluent Spanish and English bilingual proficiency
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for IT systems and applications

  • Familiarity with ITIL incident management
  • A+ Certification or equivalent technical certification
