• Build long-term relationships through coaching sessions and check-ins
• Conduct proactive outreach via phone, text, and chat
• Coach students through academic and motivational challenges
• Track progress using dashboards and document notes clearly

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong organizational and caseload management skills
• Ability to navigate emotionally sensitive conversations
• Proven ability to manage high volume of outreach
