You'll manage relationships between Customer Support, Sales, and Product License Management to resolve account and licensing challenges. You'll lead mission critical projects ensuring accuracy and timely completion. This role offers remote work and the chance to support digital investigative software used globally.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Maintain customer accounts within Salesforce and custom license server
- Troubleshoot and resolve errors in licenses, contract terms, and account access
- Investigate leads to permit appropriate account access
- Document troubleshooting best practices
📋 Requirements
- Ability to work independently and with remote teammates in different time zones
- Experience using Salesforce
- Experience writing and communicating procedure and policy documents
- Experience working with cross functional teams
✨ Nice to Have
- Military or Law Enforcement experience
- Familiarity with SSO solution, preferably Okta
- Familiarity with SaaS licensing support
