💼 About This Role

You'll support and advise teams on customer-facing transactions, product development, privacy, and AI-related questions. Your work will help scale our human risk management platform across Europe and globally. You'll act as a trusted legal partner enabling SoSafe's rapid expansion while ensuring privacy compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, negotiate, and maintain contracts and templates
• Provide strategic guidance on privacy compliance and AI use
• Advise on customer-facing transactions and product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify legal risks

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as commercial lawyer or in-house counsel in SaaS/Tech
• Fully qualified lawyer in Germany or another regional market jurisdiction
• Strong working knowledge of commercial contracting and privacy
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
