Description

You will build strong relationships with state prison agency leaders, define and communicate how Recidiviz can help safely reduce incarceration, and drive partnerships toward impact and financial sustainability. This role includes significant travel within Massachusetts and requires working closely with correctional departments.

Requirements

• Be a proactive problem solver
• Successful track record of stakeholder engagement and relationship management
• Experience working in or with state governments, specifically Massachusetts
• Process leadership: build replicable processes and manage cross-functional teams
• Open-minded, humble, and curious; active and empathetic listening

Responsibilities

• Understand, deconstruct, and document needs of correctional actors and justice-involved individuals
• Build deep relationships with key stakeholders
• Adapt and deploy Recidiviz product offerings to support state partners
• Communicate clear steps for product, data, and engineering teams to advance state objectives
• Navigate high-intensity experiences in prison facilities and challenging environments
