🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee the Sales Service team to execute exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions.
• Manage budget, reporting, and business data including metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds
• Availability for opening, closing, and weekend shifts
