Description

You will oversee complaint resolution, develop compliance programs for non-AML regulations, and ensure regulatory adherence for Payoneer's India operations. Act as the final escalation point for complex complaints and work with internal teams to implement processes for outsourcing, information security, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure effective customer grievance resolution mechanism
• Serve as final escalation point for unresolved complaints and appointed Nodal Officer
• Develop and implement compliance program for non-AML regulatory requirements
• Monitor non-AML regulations and identify gaps with actionable recommendations
• Work with internal teams to implement processes for outsourcing, information security, and regulatory reporting
