💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement a fully automated customer journey for a high-growth European Cyber-InsureTech company. Your work will directly scale customer success operations and reduce manual effort. This role offers greenfield ownership and the chance to build an automated lifecycle from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design automated customer journeys using HubSpot workflows and sequences
  • Administer HubSpot for Segment D, including dashboards and integrations
  • Monitor engagement data and iterate automated touchpoints
  • Set up early warning systems for churn risk and manage renewals

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in CS Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Automation in B2B SaaS
  • Hands-on HubSpot expertise (workflows, sequences, properties, CRM hygiene)
  • Strong process design skills translating customer journeys into scalable workflows
  • Experience with CS platforms (Velaris, Gainsight, ChurnZero) or ability to learn quickly

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in cybersecurity, insurance, or managed services
  • Familiarity with Chargebee or subscription billing systems
  • Dutch or German language skills
