💼 About This Role
You'll design and implement a fully automated customer journey for a high-growth European Cyber-InsureTech company. Your work will directly scale customer success operations and reduce manual effort. This role offers greenfield ownership and the chance to build an automated lifecycle from scratch.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Design automated customer journeys using HubSpot workflows and sequences
- Administer HubSpot for Segment D, including dashboards and integrations
- Monitor engagement data and iterate automated touchpoints
- Set up early warning systems for churn risk and manage renewals
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years in CS Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Automation in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on HubSpot expertise (workflows, sequences, properties, CRM hygiene)
- Strong process design skills translating customer journeys into scalable workflows
- Experience with CS platforms (Velaris, Gainsight, ChurnZero) or ability to learn quickly
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in cybersecurity, insurance, or managed services
- Familiarity with Chargebee or subscription billing systems
- Dutch or German language skills
