💼 About This Role

You'll be the first dedicated project management hire at Sleeper, a fast-growing fantasy sports platform. You'll drive end-to-end execution across engineering, design, and growth teams, shaping how PM functions from the ground up. This role offers high ownership and massive impact on millions of users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end execution across multiple concurrent projects.
• Track scope, dependencies, blockers, and timelines across teams.
• Lead working sessions and standups, driving accountability against deadlines.
• Contribute to specs and project documentation alongside engineering and design.
• Coordinate cross-functional rollouts aligning growth, design, and engineering.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of project, program, or delivery management experience.
• Track record running multiple complex programs simultaneously at fast-moving consumer tech, gaming, or fintech companies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate between engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Technically fluent enough to read a PRD and ask right questions about technical tradeoffs.
• Comfortable using AI tools like Claude Code or Codex day-to-day.
