You'll lead cloud infrastructure operations for enterprise customers using Azure and OpenShift. Your core impact will be ensuring reliability, security, and scalability across production environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead cloud infrastructure support and operations across customer environments.
• Manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters including upgrades and lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and review technical work.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing IT infrastructure or cloud operations.
• 3+ years supporting production OpenShift environments.
• Expertise in Azure cloud platform operations.
• Experience with PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with GCP, AWS, or OCI.
• Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration.
• Experience in managed services or multi-customer support.
