💼 About This Role

You'll own operational resilience strategy and incident response leadership for dLocal's Payins team. You'll coordinate people, processes, and platforms to enhance merchant continuity across 40 emerging markets. This role drives measurable improvements in uptime, resolution time, and stakeholder communications.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end incident response across Mexico with clear SLAs
• Maintain regional continuity governance and run test exercises
• Coordinate with partners on redundancy and failover readiness
• Drive root-cause analysis and track corrective actions

📋 Requirements

• 6–8+ years in payments/fintech operations or business continuity
• Deep understanding of payment operations and ecosystem
• Demonstrated incident leadership across time zones
• Working knowledge of ISO 22301, BIA, RTO/RPO
