💼 About This Role

You'll maintain and repair electro-mechanical equipment in a high-volume industrial laundry, troubleshooting PLCs, motors, and control systems to minimize downtime and boost efficiency. This hands-on role offers a 4-day workweek with overtime opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Read schematics and install control wiring up to 480V three-phase.
• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, drives, PLCs, and conveyors.
• Maintain maintenance logs and parts records in CMMS.

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field.
• 3–5 years of electro-mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in AC/DC motor controls and VFDs.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and ladder logic.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PLCs and troubleshooting automated equipment.
• LOTO and NFPA 70E certification.
