💼 About This Role

You'll provide individualized ABA services across home, school, and community settings using naturalistic, play-based interventions. Your work will empower families and foster client growth through neurodiversity-affirming practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop intervention plans
• Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments
• Partner with families as true collaborators
• Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies
• Facilitate and develop skills-based group sessions

📋 Requirements

• BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Michigan state licensure
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
