You'll lead a team of QA professionals for Teamfight Tactics at Riot's Singapore Studio, driving quality strategies across the software development lifecycle. Your work ensures that players worldwide have a great experience with the game. This role offers the chance to partner with cross-functional teams and shape the quality direction of a live title.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Shape QA strategy for Teamfight Tactics
• Be accountable for delivering a comprehensive quality strategy
• Directly manage QA professionals on your team
• Partner across disciplines to influence testing practices

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of QA experience in game development
• 2+ years leading QA teams in game development
• Experience managing embedded QA professionals in cross-functional teams
• Experience creating test strategies for live games or live service environments

• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager Certification
