💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end contracts management for hyperscale datacenter infrastructure programs. You will negotiate EPC/GMP contracts exceeding $200M and develop a contracts playbook from scratch. This role offers the chance to build a contracts management function at a company powering AI superintelligence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead negotiation of EPC, GMP, design-build contracts ($200M-$1.5B+)
• Develop contracts playbook and clause library
• Serve as commercial point of contact with GCs on change orders and claims
• Build contracts management function, tooling, and workflows

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in construction contract management on heavy civil or mission-critical infrastructure
• Direct experience negotiating EPC, GMP, and design-build contracts exceeding $200M
• Deep knowledge of AIA, ConsensusDocs, or FIDIC contract forms
• Experience managing contractor disputes, claims, and enforcement actions

✨ Nice to Have

• Datacenter or hyperscale infrastructure experience
• Familiarity with Procore, ACC, or enterprise procurement systems
• Exposure to project finance structures and construction loan disbursement
