Description

You will lead warehouse management system initiatives, bridging technology and operations to ensure scalable, optimized distribution systems. You'll manage a team, drive ERP integrations, and serve as the escalation point for incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field
• 6-8+ years in distribution technology or ERP/WMS
• Experience mentoring technical teams in distribution tech
• Strong knowledge of WMS platforms and ERP integrations
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end WMS and ERP initiatives
• Engage stakeholders to propose effective solutions
• Mentor business analysts and establish incident management processes
• Own distribution systems development workstream
• Act as primary escalation point for WMS incidents
