🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop referral relationships with tech and HCM partners
  • Create strategic referral networks for lead generation
  • Resolve issues cross-functionally with Sales, Product, etc.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing on sales initiatives

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years building relationships with tech partners in SMB space
  • Proven track record in a quota-driven sales environment
  • Ability to travel 3 days/week in the field
