You'll own venue relationships for stadiums, arenas, and event centers, ensuring high-volume kiosk uptime during critical events. You'll proactively monitor account health and drive renewal forecasting with data-driven insights. This role offers ownership of major sports venue accounts in a well-funded, profitable AI startup.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage venue relationships from go-live through renewal
- Proactively monitor kiosk uptime and transaction volume
- Lead event-day readiness and escalation for live events
- Drive renewal forecasting and churn risk identification
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success or account management
- Experience managing accounts in hardware or SaaS environment
- Ability to translate operational data into business narratives
- Comfortable with travel up to 50%

- Experience with sports or entertainment venues
- Familiarity with POS systems or concessions technology
- Experience working with foodservice operators
