You'll own venue relationships for stadiums, arenas, and event centers, ensuring high-volume kiosk uptime during critical events. You'll proactively monitor account health and drive renewal forecasting with data-driven insights. This role offers ownership of major sports venue accounts in a well-funded, profitable AI startup.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage venue relationships from go-live through renewal
  • Proactively monitor kiosk uptime and transaction volume
  • Lead event-day readiness and escalation for live events
  • Drive renewal forecasting and churn risk identification

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or account management
  • Experience managing accounts in hardware or SaaS environment
  • Ability to translate operational data into business narratives
  • Comfortable with travel up to 50%

  • Experience with sports or entertainment venues
  • Familiarity with POS systems or concessions technology
  • Experience working with foodservice operators
