💼 About This Role

You'll own value realization for top enterprises and law firms, integrating AI into daily legal workflows. You'll act as a trusted expert, guiding customers to identify use cases and transform the practice of law. This role partners closely with Account Executives to drive renewals and expansions.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Integrate Harvey into customer workflows using data-backed best practices
  • Meet with end users to champion Harvey as essential to legal work
  • Navigate complex organizations, engaging executive buyers and building advocates
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on renewal readiness and expansions

📋 Requirements

  • 3-4+ years in customer-owning roles at tech or SaaS platforms
  • Strategic planning and revenue-based prioritization experience
  • Experience managing customer-facing projects and timelines
  • Demonstrated ability to drive key customer metrics and outcomes

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in legal or professional services industry
  • Familiarity with AI or agentic AI solutions
  • Experience running in-person executive meetings
