💼 About This Role
You'll own value realization for top enterprises and law firms, integrating AI into daily legal workflows. You'll act as a trusted expert, guiding customers to identify use cases and transform the practice of law. This role partners closely with Account Executives to drive renewals and expansions.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Integrate Harvey into customer workflows using data-backed best practices
- Meet with end users to champion Harvey as essential to legal work
- Navigate complex organizations, engaging executive buyers and building advocates
- Collaborate with Account Executives on renewal readiness and expansions
📋 Requirements
- 3-4+ years in customer-owning roles at tech or SaaS platforms
- Strategic planning and revenue-based prioritization experience
- Experience managing customer-facing projects and timelines
- Demonstrated ability to drive key customer metrics and outcomes
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in legal or professional services industry
- Familiarity with AI or agentic AI solutions
- Experience running in-person executive meetings
