Description

You will be the primary IT support contact for the Barcelona office, managing inquiries, hardware/software issues, and acting as an escalation point. You'll also support other global offices and provide white-glove service to executives, while contributing to a culture of collaboration and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
  • Several years of IT industry experience
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, load balancing
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Slack
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary IT support contact for Barcelona office
  • Manage end-user issues related to hardware, software, and networks
  • Provide white-glove support to VPs and executives
  • Manage relationships with local vendors
  • Mentor service desk team on new technologies
