Description
You will be the primary IT support contact for the Barcelona office, managing inquiries, hardware/software issues, and acting as an escalation point. You'll also support other global offices and provide white-glove service to executives, while contributing to a culture of collaboration and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
- Several years of IT industry experience
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, load balancing
- Experience with Google Workspace and Slack
- Willingness to travel internationally
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary IT support contact for Barcelona office
- Manage end-user issues related to hardware, software, and networks
- Provide white-glove support to VPs and executives
- Manage relationships with local vendors
- Mentor service desk team on new technologies
