🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff
• Lead service components: food quality, customer service, cleanliness
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls
• Create and execute local marketing drops and recognition programs

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail establishment
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts weekly (Thurs-Sun)
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality
