💼 About This Role

You'll support deal execution and portfolio management at a top5 digital asset exchange's venture arm, sourcing investments and conducting due diligence on crypto protocols. Your core impact will be driving high-impact investments in early-stage blockchain projects. This role offers deep exposure to crypto-native deal flow and token economics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source potential investments through network, research, and proactive outreach.
• Conduct in-depth due diligence on protocols, teams, markets, and token models.
• Build financial models, analyze on-chain data, and prepare investment memos.
• Support deal negotiation, term sheet drafting, and closing processes.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, private equity, or crypto operations.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in on-chain tools (e.g., Dune, Nansen).
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate early-stage crypto projects and identify emerging narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing investment recommendations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior crypto VC or protocol experience strongly preferred.
• Crypto-native mindset with active participation in the ecosystem.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field; CFA or similar a plus.
