You will build relationships with clinical partners in your local community, providing resources to those struggling with mental health. You'll develop and execute go-to-market strategies, manage referral relationships, and represent Charlie Health in the field.

Requirements

• Based in Rochester, NY
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Conduct field meetings 4-5 days/week with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
