💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team at BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer that donates meals with every purchase. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help drive sales targets while ensuring an amazing shopping experience. You'll also assist with daily operations and get to open and close the store.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to drive customer loyalty.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Support planogram changes and store merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
