💼 About This Role

You'll take full ownership of Neara's IT infrastructure, from office hardware to cloud systems, ensuring seamless operations as we scale. You'll manage purchasing, vendor relationships, onboarding, and compliance for a fast-growing tech company that uses AI to build resilient power grids. This is an individual contributor role with broad scope where your work directly impacts teams across multiple offices and global compliance standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage physical IT infrastructure including cabling, WiFi, and laptops
• Respond to support requests and resolve IT issues promptly
• Evaluate and negotiate hardware/software purchases with vendors
• Own IT onboarding and offboarding processes for all staff

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on IT ops experience in a fast-paced environment
• Admin-level experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• Hands-on MDM experience with Jamf, Intune, or similar
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLANs)

✨ Nice to Have

• Server and on-premise hardware experience
• Experience managing SSO (Okta, Google SSO)
• Familiarity with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 IT controls
