Description

You will conduct virtual biopsychosocial assessments, determine appropriateness for intensive outpatient care, and collaborate with internal teams and referral sources to facilitate client admissions. This role is critical in expanding access to life-saving behavioral health treatment for clients across a wide range of ages.

Requirements

• Experience working with a wide range of ages preferred
• Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States with native or bilingual English proficiency
• Access to reliable technology for confidential telehealth services
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients and referral sources through personable communication
• Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for children, teens, young adults, and adults
• Determine appropriateness for virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) level of care
• Construct provisional mental health diagnoses using DSM-V criteria
• Assign treatment team members and group schedules, and coordinate with clinical teams
