💼 About This Role

You'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality champion-focused experiences for League of Legends within the Champions & Cosmetics space. You'll drive large-scale initiatives across gameplay, character development, and cosmetic content, shaping the future of champion production. You'll report to the Director of Game Production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead production across champion-centric development including gameplay and cosmetic content
• Drive execution across large-scale multi-discipline character asset pipelines
• Contribute to long-term strategy for champion production and pipeline scalability
• Manage complex dependencies across teams-of-teams including global co-development partners
• Manage and mentor a mix of individual contributors and managers

📋 Requirements

• 8 years of experience in game development with full lifecycle experience
• 4 years of direct people management experience
• Experience with character or asset production pipelines (champions, skins, or similar)
• Familiarity with League of Legends or similar MOBA/live-service games
