You will translate labor data into actionable insights that inform retail decision-making, owning core labor reporting and analysis. You will connect labor budgets to actual performance and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize labor investment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, or Finance
  • 2-4 years in workforce management or retail operations analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with large datasets
  • Advanced Excel skills including Power Query
  • Experience with workforce management systems (Legion preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain weekly retail labor report
  • Develop and deliver monthly labor budget-to-actuals analysis
  • Own retention and turnover reporting
  • Monitor labor forecast accuracy and recommend improvements
  • Maintain retail staffing census
