You'll design how Tarro internally operates and scales, spanning business operations, recruiting systems, and organizational design. Your core impact will be improving internal systems and supporting company-wide planning. You'll help institutionalize scalable ways of working by translating ideas and decisions into repeatable operational mechanisms.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Improve and operationalize internal systems across recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
- Support company-wide planning and OKR initiatives, including dashboards and execution reviews.
- Design scalable workflows, documentation systems, and operating frameworks.
- Diagnose organizational friction and redesign processes for operational effectiveness.
📋 Requirements
- Up to 5 years in business operations, consulting, or generalist operational roles.
- Experience working on cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution.
- Highly analytical with ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured frameworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in async, high-context environments.
