You'll lead post-sale engagement for Greater China customers at Stripe, helping them maximize value from financial infrastructure platform. You'll build trusted advisor relationships with executives across business, product, and engineering.

• Lead post-sale engagement, retention, and growth for Greater China customers
• Support account expansion by identifying opportunities and driving business outcomes
• Build relationships with senior executives in business, product, engineering, finance, and IT
• Advocate for customer feedback to internal product and engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of client-facing experience in customer success or similar role
• High proficiency in English and Chinese for complex China-based merchants
• Track record of leading technical conversations and persuading stakeholders
• Proven success as consultant, pre-sales, or technical account management
