Description

You will lead the advertising sales team for Rocket Now, Coupang's food delivery app in Japan. You'll define team OKRs, drive sales strategy, manage key accounts, and use data to optimize ad performance and revenue growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years in ad sales, B2B sales, account management, or business development
• 3+ years of sales team leadership experience
• Experience with OKR goal management framework
• Business-level Japanese (required), Korean or English business level preferred
• Experience in platform, e-commerce, food delivery, or digital ads
