💼 About This Role

You'll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Cyara's CX assurance products, focusing on contact centers and agentic AI assurance. You'll translate complex customer challenges into scalable solutions, driving measurable outcomes while advancing the platform vision. This role offers the opportunity to lead product development for a leader in AI-powered customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve the CX assurance product strategy and roadmap.
• Engage directly with customers to understand CX challenges and translate into requirements.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from definition to launch and optimization.
• Enable sales, marketing, and customer success with product positioning and go-to-market support.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise or SaaS product management.
• Strong background in customer experience (CX); contact center or CX platform experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of modern communication channels including voice, messaging, and digital.
• Familiarity with agentic AI architectures and their use within CX environments.
