💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate finance projects and lead process improvements as the bridge between Finance, Finance Systems, and the business. Your work will ensure project delivery aligns with business needs while embedding improved end-to-end processes in Workday Financials. This role offers the chance to shape finance transformation in a fast-paced sports tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as process and finance lead across in-flight finance projects and enhancements
• Coordinate project activity across Finance, Finance Systems, and third parties
• Deliver tangible process improvements like faster month-end close and reduced manual journals
• Provide functional input into Workday Financials configuration and releases

📋 Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience across core finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, Fixed Assets, Intercompany)
• Proven track record of delivering business process re-engineering within Finance
• Experience working in close partnership with Finance Systems teams
