Description

In this high-visibility role, you'll own the strategic direction and end-to-end roadmap for Altruist's trading platform, architecting a comprehensive product strategy that balances rapid innovation with extreme reliability. You'll drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, and Operations to transform complex trading workflows into seamless advisor experiences, and you'll serve as the primary authority on trading product health.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of product management experience from a high-caliber tech firm or fintech
• Proven track record of launching and scaling complex products
• Prior experience in trading or investment platforms is a significant plus
• Foundational financial acumen
• Deep technical literacy
• Exceptional communication skills
• Operational flexibility to support US market hours
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or CFA preferred

Responsibilities
