🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage transfers, subsidies, bonuses, and tax handling for retirement accounts.
• Become subject matter expert on operational retirement savings topics.
• Support customer teams with complex retirement queries.
• Optimize workflows using AI and automation tools.

📋 Requirements

• Understanding of German retirement products (especially Riester).
• Knowledge of regulatory framework and data exchange with ZfA.
• Interest in using AI tools in daily work.
• Native-level German and business-level English.
