Description

You will lead a team of analytics engineers to build scalable data models and reporting solutions that power product, marketing, and finance decisions. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to shape the business intelligence platform and drive data-driven strategy across the company.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product/business analytics, data engineering, or analytics engineering
• 3+ years of hands-on people management experience
• Expert SQL and dimensional modeling best practices
• Experience with cloud data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery)
• Experience with BI platform (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Sigma)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analytics engineers supporting diverse stakeholders
• Build production-quality data transformations and maintainable data architectures
• Partner on vision for business intelligence platform, identify gaps
• Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize and manage projects
• Work with Data Governance to ensure high data quality standards
