💼 About This Role

You'll manage and deliver full clinical site monitoring services for complex, multinational projects. In this home-based role, you'll design and oversee project monitoring, act as a subject matter expert, and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders. You'll serve as the primary liaison between CRAs and the project team, ensuring GCP compliance throughout the study lifecycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as subject matter expert, mentor, and coach for CRAs.
• Serve as Lead CRA, managing monitoring services for complex projects.
• Identify and recruit site investigators; coordinate trial materials.
• Oversee site monitoring, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

📋 Requirements

• College diploma/degree in a relevant field.
• 4-6 years of clinical research experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Ability to travel for site visits as needed.
