You'll transform complex operational data into strategic insights and actionable improvement plans for stakeholders from smallholder farmers to processors. This role combines advanced data analytics with performance analysis to enhance productivity and profitability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct technical assessments of cashew cooperatives and processing facilities.
• Analyze root causes for operational challenges across value chain segments.
• Provide expert recommendations to improve processing techniques and resource use.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen cooperative governance and technical capacity.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in data management and analysis.
• 2 years of experience in agricultural value chain operations preferably cashew.
• Working proficiency in English and French.
