You'll build, grow, and engage our user community across forums and social media for an AI-powered resource planner. You'll foster a positive environment and create strategies to boost user engagement and strengthen brand loyalty. This is a fully onsite role in Lisbon with relocation support.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to grow user communities.
- Manage and moderate forums, social media groups, and user discussion platforms.
- Organize and promote community events, webinars, and Q&A sessions.
- Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to optimize strategies.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in community management, social media management, or customer engagement.
- Experience managing online communities on platforms like Discord, Reddit, or Facebook Groups.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage and inspire users.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations, mediate conflicts, and enforce community guidelines.
